About the Role
As Early Assets Manager, you will be responsible for preparing the launch of the new CVRM pipeline, working across all therapeutic areas within the Cardio-Reno-Metabolic landscape, and reporting to the CVRM Early Assets Lead.
You will help in understanding the market, getting customer insights, clarifying the patient journeys, and preparing the pre-launch plans for new molecules.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate insights to drive market understanding and preparation.
- Build and evaluate patient pathways and identify the pain points.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure pre-launch excellence.
- Develop brand and disease forecast
- Deliver pre-launch readiness plans and set pre-launch KPIs.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Marketing or Communications.
- Demonstrated success in brand plans and project implementation.
- Collaborative team player with experience in cross-functional roles.
- Strong influencing skills; curious, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Open to further build pre-launch excellence capabilities
- Fluent in Romanian and English
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing brand strategies for both marketed and pre-launch products.
